Alex Balla

I live in Lancaster County with my beautiful wife Sherry and two sons AJ, and Brye. I am a Public Works Director for a local township in the Lancaster area. I started deer hunting at a young age with my dad. Bill, who is my brother in law, turned me on to waterfowl hunting back in 1995 and have been addicted ever since. It is a true honor for me to be a part of the Get-em Locked Up Pro Staff.

Nathan Creitz

I was born and raised in Montgomery County, PA. I live in Birdsboro, PA, with my fiance, Heather, and a yellow lab, Libby. I started hunting at the age of 12 and I have been addicted to waterfowl hunting since I shot my first HONKER at the age of 15. I enjoy the preparation that goes into waterfowl hunting and the excitement you feel when you hear the honkers in the distance. There is nothing like it. I am proud and honored to be part of the Get-Em Locked Up's Pro Staff.

I live in Mountain Grove, Missouri, where I own a small excavating company. I spend summers and part of the spring running the dozer and the winters, from October to March, guiding in northwest Missouri for ducks, deer, and geese. I met Bill on a goose hunt in Maryland several years ago and have had his call on my lanyard ever since.

I live in Birch Run, Michigan. I am a senior at Birch Run High School. I've been hunting for seven years and I am a contest caller. When I'm not chasing waterfowl or contest calling, I hunt deer and small game. I met Bill Maholland through John Lauber. I just want to thank Bill for giving me the opportunity to be a member of his field staff. It's been a dream of mine to be a part of a call company. I've tried a lot of different goose calls and nothing compares to these calls.

Dave Jacobs

Dave is an avid waterfowler and webmaster for www.JHWaterfowlTeam.com, a site devoted to a team of weekend warriors who enjoy the great sport of waterfowling. The love of hunting and the outdoors was passed onto him by his dad, Dave, Sr. He grew up hunting deer and small game in Central Virginia until the day he took his first goose. He has been a die-hard waterfowler ever since. Dave currently works in the law enforcement field and enjoys fishing in the off-season. He is very thankful for the opportunity to be a member of the Get-Em Locked Up team.

John Lauber

I was born and raised in Hunterdon County N.J. Besides working a full time job and on the family farm, I own and operate Jersey Goose Outfitters. I've worked hard to get where I am with my guide service. I am proud to be a pro-staffer for Get-Em Locked and Hevi shot ammo. I never thought I could go this far and I ain't even gone that far but I'm willing to go the distance.

Dwayne Rutledge

I live in Cochranville, PA. In 1999, I joined the Plumbers &Pipefitters Local Union 74 where I still am today. I began hunting with my dad at a young age. We loved to hunt deer and bear. After my dad passed away, it just wasn't the same. I started training beagles for rabbit hunting & I met Billy at a beagle club. As we got to know each other, we talked about waterfowl hunting and realized that it was a shared passion. Billy & I have killed lots of birds over the years & we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon!

Bryan Taylor

I live in Pasadena, Maryland. I started bow hunting age 19. At age 21 I started goose hunting with tire and shell decoys in Queenstown, Maryland. I took my son goose hunting and after he shot his first goose I do what ever I can to make sure he has the best hunting experience and equipment, since he enjoys it so much. Just recently I bought a trailer and 10 dozen decoys. I live and die to duck and goose hunt.

Nick Taylor

I am 15 and was raised on the Chesapeake Bay in Stevensville, MD where I watched waterfowl fly over the bay. I started handling guns with my parents at the age of 6. At age 10, I started waterfowl hunting with my Dad on the Eastern Shore. At age 12, I began calling. The 2 things I enjoy the most are skeet shooting and calling. I enjoy calling so much that I spend most of my free time practicing and training my best friend and hunting partner, Sugar.

I'm 19yrs old, live in Townsend, DE and am an Electrician by trade.  I grew up chasing small game and climbing deer stands with my father. At age 13 I began waterfowl hunting with my neighbor and good friend, Steve. The first moment I stepped into the blind I knew that this is where I'm going to spend most of my life; hunting waterfowl. I share my passion with my two brothers, Ben and Chris, and enjoy the laughter & stories of a goose pit full of good company. I met Billy through another friend of mine, Gary Hall and am very thankful that I am part of
the Get-em Locked Up Pro Staff.
